#1. Presently, Blacks of slaves' descent was without the political process under 
      constitutional provisions until the ratification of the l4th Amendment-under 
      martial and law martial as an adhesion contract, making Blacks "person after 
      the law", which is to say that Blacks became legislatively granted citizens "after" 
      the law was passed, without their participation, consent, or "mutuality", whereas, 
      Whites are Citizens "before" the law and their status does not depend on law but 
      on their mutual consent to the law.

       #2. The citizenship of Blacks is in Section 1, of the 14th Amendment as "citizens 
      of the United States", and the Citizenship of Whites is in Article IV, Section 2, 
      Clause 1 as  "Citizens of each State" and of the United States of America, which 
      are two citizenships, one for Blacks as citizens "after the law" and for Whites as 
      persons "before the law" which is racial  discrimination.

      #3. White people pay direct Taxes under the Constitution in Article Section 2, 
     Clause 3 (1787) :   
     "Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States..."

      #4. Black people pay direct Taxes under the 16th Amendment pursuant to
     Article I, Section 6, Clause 1, as excises.

    Therefore, there are two citizenships in America, one for Whites and 
    one for Blacks, and two direct Taxing structures in America, one for Whites 
    and one for Blacks. There is also "civil rights" for Blacks, and 
    "human rights" for Whites;  "mutuality" contracts for Whites and 
    "adhesion contracts for Blacks; these many differences are in 
    violation of International Law.
